Why should I use Connect alerts?
Cablelynx Connect is faster and more convenient than calling the call center or logging into the website. It provides immediate access to important account information, like the details mentioned above, all in one place. Your account activity is also saved in your SMS history, making it easy to review whenever you need it.
Will I constantly be getting messages from Cablelynx?
Cablelynx will send customers 3 to 5 messages each month. These may include updates such as current balance, payment due or past due notices, and appointment confirmations when applicable. Customers can also request information at any time by using the keywords listed below.
Will you sell my information to others?
Cablelynx safeguards customer information and does not sell or share account details for any reason. Customers will only receive text messages from Cablelynx through the Connect service.
How much will Connect cost me?
Cablelynx does not charge for the Connect service. However, your mobile provider may apply standard messaging rates for sending or receiving text messages based on your mobile plan.
Do I have to use Connect?
By enrolling, Cablelynx customers agree to receive text messages in accordance with the company’s Terms and Conditions. Customers may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 800-903-0508.
Does Capitalization matter when I am texting to the Company?
Connect recognizes upper and lower-case letters as the same.
What if I get a new mobile number?
If you change your mobile number, you will need to opt in to the Connect service again. You do not need to re-enroll if you get a new phone but keep the same number. Be sure to update your Cablelynx account with your new mobile number and remove your old one.
How do I Opt-Out of or stop receiving the Connect message alerts?
To opt out, text STOP (no additional characters or spaces) to 800-903-0508.
Which wireless carriers support the Connect text message service?
