  • What if I get a new mobile number?

    If you change your mobile number, you will need to opt in to the Cablelynx Connect service again. You do not need to re-enroll if you get a new phone but keep the same number. Be sure to update your Cablelynx account with your new mobile number and remove your old one.

  • How do I Opt-Out of or stop receiving the Cablelynx Connect message alerts?

    To opt out, text STOP (no additional characters or spaces) to 800-903-0508.
