As with any Internet access provider, the customers’ actual data transfer speeds will vary. There are many factors beyond cablelynx’s control that affect speeds on the Internet. These factors include:

• The performance and configuration of the customers’ computer and/or network;
• The performance characteristics of each component of the extended data network;
• The location and configuration of the accessed data server; and
• The performance of the Internet itself.

Cablelynx reserves the right to adjust upstream and downstream speeds to meet network management needs and provide customers with the most consistent and reliable service. It cannot and does not guarantee data transfer speeds and/or that data transfers will be error-free. Customers using the service must adhere to the cablelynx acceptable use policy, which may be modified or amended at any time.
